| 8 inch Gyro | Our 8 inch gyro comes with the following ingredients on them, pita bread, lamb meat, onions, tomato, Gyro King's Special Tzatziki sauce, our pita bread is warmed and comes in 6" and 8" size, we cook our Lamb meat slowly on our rotisserie oven turn it slowly and cooking it slowly to hold in the juices and flavor of the meat, it is a constant 160 degrees, we use a Lamb and Beef meat compressed in to a cone, as the meat cooks we slice off pieces of meat to make the gyro after customer orders, once the cone of meat is placed on the rotisserie it is never removed until it is gone, the meat is constantly cooking. we slice off thin cuts of meat and place inside the warmed pita bread, adding fresh tomato's and onions, our vegetables are fresh and crispy, our special Tzatziki sauce is a specialty of our food truck, it is a blend of Greek yogurt with all our special spices added in at a precise measurement insuring our sauce is the same every time you order. I spent weeks perfecting the perfect blend of spices to really give our gyros a great and unique taste you can only get at Wushack's Gyro King., Taste The Thrill Of A Gyro! |

Our truck offers something different than most of the food trucks in Oak Ridge, we specialize in Gyro's with our special sauce. if your looking for a variety our Gyro's are a hit everywhere. but we offer 1/2 pound cheeseburgers on a 5" bun with all the condiments, hot dogs, coney dogs, spring rolls, fried rice, Cole slaw, potato salad, 9 different soda drinks, chips, we pretty much cover the gap in what other food trucks offer. whether it's lunch at a warehouse or retail business, your customers are sure to enjoy the change, special events, fairs, or any other event, if there are people we are game to try anything one time.
